Who Regulates Offshore Gambling?
There are three organizations regulating the burgeoning offshore gambling bandwagon.
The first is the OSGA, the Offshore Gaming Association. They're made up of Sports Book Business experts. The OSGA mainly protects consumers' rights and doesn't charge a membership fee.
The Interactive Gaming Council (IGC) regulates offshore gambling through a 10-point Code of Conduct regulating transactions etc, and charges membership fees for casinos to display their logo. They offer the option for disgruntled customers to report Code of Conduct breaches.
The Fidelity Trust Gaming Association is a smaller IGC; charges lower membership fees to offshore gambling concerns and conducts background checks.
