Offshore Gambling under threat

Offshore gambling, specifically Internet gambling, is coming under close scrutiny as US legislators pass more and more laws to curb the entertainment form in the country. However, one company, Poker.Inc sees the newest offshore gambling regulations as encouraging; regulating rather than restricting the industry. The company however has developed patent pending software technology that it believes will be American citizens legal route to offshore gambling, now that the Senate has passed the Bacchus Bill. The Bacchus Bill severely restricts offshore gambling activities by making any use of banking instruments, including credit cards and wire transfers, to fund Internet gambling illegal.
