Gameing China Style
The Chinese Internet population is the second largest behind the US. No wonder then that gameing companies are fast-moving to fill the niche. AngelCiti Entertainment has announced that it will be entering the Asian gameing market later this year, initially with a Chinese-language website. Existing land-based gameing in China already generates in excess of $2 billion in revenue per year. This spells a profitable future for online gameing concerns-backed up by the fact that China's Internet population is set to make up 53.1% of Asia's total Internet population by 2006. China will also account for 48.6% of e-commerce transactions.
